Risk Analyst Jr

**SUMMARY**Provides assistance and/or resolution to Stores, Field sales personal and AutoZone Commercial Credit Call center.
Provide second level resolution to credit requests, Respond to Credit Questions mailbox requests and approve new accounts based on credit analysis.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**- Provides resolution to credit.Questions mailbox requests- Analyzes and approves Documentum Lev II- Provides support to the Call Center Agents**REQUIREMENTS**- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, E-Commerce or related- One to two years of experience in customer service- Bilingual- Highly customer service oriented- excellent communication skills- Ability to work under pressure- To be a team worker- Computer literate
