We are the leaders in our market and are accelerating to extend our lead and move into new markets.**The Role (México or Brazil)**We are looking for a engaged and proactive person a **Risk Engine Manager** ,** to be part of this amazing fast-growing Fintech.At Clip He/She will be responsible for a credit engine in general, from the system management to credit risk policies implementation within the credit team, aiming to ensure effective management and execution of credit-related processes. This role plays a critical part in maintaining the integrity of credit operations and adherence to established defined business rules.**What will I be doing?**- Designing robust and scalable solutions for the credit platform, ensuring adherence to architectural principles and standards- Lead the implementation of credit risk rules within credit policies and risk appetite- Ensure robust implementation into decision-making workflows and systems- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies- Monitor the performance of credit processes against defined rules- Optimize credit processes through recommended rule enhancements- Play a key role in maintaining the integrity and effectiveness of credit decision-making processes**Technical**:- Familiarity with decision engine technologies, specially, FICO- Proficiency in working with databases and data management systems to access, process, and analyze credit-related information- Knowledge of programming languages, such as Python (Databricks) and SQL- Strong data management skill- Experience with AWS tools is a plus- Data analysis experience in credit environment is a plus- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Finance, Business Administration, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related discipline.Prior experience in developing and implementing business rules within a credit or financial services environment.- Generally, a minimum of 4-6 years of experience in credit risk management, credit analysis, or a related field.- **We are looking in Mexico City or Sao Paolo, Brazil.**In Clip, we are committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace.
