How You'll Make an Impact
- Drive implementation of Quality Risk Management program in alignment with company's global process, best practices, and improvement initiatives to achieve

- Collaborate with

cross-function

al teams to conduct risk assessments (including identification of hazards, estimation of risks, and evaluation of risk mitigation strategies), and to develop and implement risk mitigation plans,
- Monitor and review risk management activities, including the effectiveness of implemented controls and corrective actions,
- Provide guidance and support to teams in identifying and addressing

quality-relate

d risks and facilitate risk management training & workshops to enhance risk awareness and foster a culture of quality.
- Support the organization with monitoring of quality metrics and performance indicators to assess the effectiveness of quality improvement initiatives including risk management strategies.

What You Bring
- University Degree in Engineering or a related field. Postgraduate qualification desirable.
- Professional Experience: 5+ years with Risk Management and/or Quality Management experience preferably in the Energy Sector adressing Technical and Bussines Risks.
- Strong knowledge of quality risk management principles,

methodologies,

and tools (e.g., FMEA, Ishikawa diagrams).
- Experience in Risk Management conducting risk assessments and developing risk mitigation strategies. Proven understanding of advanced Root Cause Analysis Tools such as TapRoot, Apollo, etc.
- Strong organizational abilities, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously and evolve in a fast-changing environment.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Self-motivated and driven with curious mindset.
- Data-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
- English and Spanish at professional working proficiency level. Portuguese desirable.
- Professional certifications related to quality management (e.g., Six Sigma, ASQ, RAPS) are desirable.
- Willingness to travel domestically and

internationall
