.**Your Team responsibilities**- We are a global, client-facing team whose purpose is to successfully implement MSCI's Risk & Analytics Products into Client's Portfolios, providing the best quality of service throughout the process. We work directly with clients across all market segments, including hedge funds, banks, brokers, wealth managers, asset managers and pension plans.As an Implementation Specialist, we are accountable of providing the most efficient & effective solutions in terms of Portfolio Data modeling, Workflow design & Report delivery, with the quality and timeliness expected by our clients.Our teams consist in Project Managers, Implementation Specialists, Risk Consultants & Developers, whose mix of skills guarantee best in class Risk product implementations.**Your key responsibilities -**- Understand the different solutions in terms of data formats & Data requirements by Asset Class to correctly model Client's Portfolios in our Risk & analytics Platforms.- Work with internal teams to increase native coverage for Exchange Traded Assets.- Guide clients through our best practices for covered & proxied Assets, understanding how modeling and mapping configuration choices affect the risk results delivered in our reports- Test and validate input for Portfolio modeling to guarantee quality Reports.- Perform financial output analysis to guarantee Portfolio modeling adheres to our best practices and analytics models.**Your skills and experience that will help you excel **_-_**- Good understanding of financial products is required: Equities, Fixed income, Derivative products, and financial risk management; understanding of portfolio management theory and risk management techniques- Experience with financial Risk or Portfolio Management systems, 3-5 years- Strong analytical, communication, organizational and time management skills- Experience in client-facing role in the financial services industry- Self-reliant, detail-oriented and a fast learner; excellent in teamwork and collaboration- Knowledge of and experience with a variety of information technologies is preferred- Bachelor's Degree in quantitative or financial related majors is required- CFA or FRM certification or MBA or master's degree is beneficial**How we'll support you**- Coaching, support and encouragement from experts in your team- Access to a wide range of learning opportunities to support your growth and development- Customizable learning journeys to help you navigate your professional development- Transparent performance-based compensation schemes- Employee Resource Groups: MSCI Pride, Black Leadership Network, Women's Leadership Forum, Women in Tech, Asian Support Network, All Abilities, Hola!
