In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: Ensure all functions are completed for Planning, Materials, Finance, Customs, and Marketing in 5 out of 10 steps of the tooling RM process flow. Address any questions or deviations with the process owner.Accelerate the process to deliver faster and more reliable outcomes.Oversee the end-to-end release-to-manufacturing process, ensuring each step is completed within a maximum of 1 day or less.Track and ensure compliance, reducing lead time.Collaborate with process owners to keep process updates current.Present Key Process Indicators (KPIs) and act as the reference for the entire new release to manufacturing process.Oversee and drive the Complete RM Flow process to conclusion.Ensure no time is lost and maintain the right pace.Perform vital actions to keep the process on track.Assist with continuous improvement initiatives to reduce the total lead time of the product (Kaizen/VSM/SMED).Who You Are: This New position is crucial for streamlining the RM process by acting as a proxy signer for key steps, ensuring faster and more reliable outcomes. The individual will be closer to the area of interaction, reducing lead times and maintaining up-to-date processes. To improve our RM flow, we are creating a new hybrid role to assist with several steps in the RM process.
