***:A RMA Engineer designs, develops, and implements cost-effective methods of testing and troubleshooting systems and equipment. The position performs a variety of technical, multi-disciplined tasks early in the Product Development Process to provide timely, flexible, universal tools and processes. The Test Engineer makes knowledgeable, data-driven decisions and employs innovative technologies with optimal control and maximum speed and flexibility.**ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES**:- Ensure testability of new product designs, providing feedback to design teams addressing opportunities for defects in manufacturing and field use.- Accurately estimate project costs as associated with implementing test solutions.- Own the test requirements from the vendor to shipment to the customer.- Verify products meet their functional requirements - including design verification and manufacturing screens. Prepares test and diagnostic programs, designs test fixtures and equipment, and completes specifications and procedures for new products.- Analyze capabilities and ensure control of critical parameters of products and test equipment.**WORK ENVIRONMENT**:RMA Engineer regularly work in office, lab, and manufacturing facilities. Travel to international manufacturing and/or development locations may be required.**SKILLS**:- Must have strong problem-solving attributes.- Able to operate a variety of electrical test instrumentation.- Capable in hardware and software development.- Strong at communicating with and influencing design teams, vendors, and customers.**EXPERIENCE**:**Desirable**:- Fluent English- VISA- Passport- Willing to travel for trainings**EDUCATION**:**Essential**:Bachelors Degree in a relevant Engineering discipline**Desirable**:6-sigma or equivalent statistical, problem-solving methodology
