**Responsibilities**:
- 2. Program, integrate, and optimize robotic systems to meet project requirements and performance objectives.
- 3. Conduct system testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure reliable and efficient operation of robotic systems.
- 4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including mechanical engineers, electrical engineers, and project managers to deliver integrated solutions.
- 5. Provide technical support and training to end-users on robotic operation, programming, and maintenance procedures.
- 6. Stay abreast of the latest advancements in robotic technology and continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and optimization.
- 7. Perform regular maintenance tasks and calibration procedures to ensure the reliability and longevity of robotic systems.
- 8. Document all technical specifications, procedures, and project updates in accordance with company standards.
**Requirements**:
- 1. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Robotics, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- 2. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in robotic engineering, with a focus on programming and integration.
- 3. Proficiency in programming and troubleshooting Fanuc, ABB, Mitsubishi, and Luka robotic systems.
- 4. Strong understanding of robotic kinematics, dynamics, and control systems.
- 5. Experience in utilizing Fanuc robot guides and implementing vision guidance systems.
- 6. Familiarity with industrial automation technologies such as PLCs, HMIs, and motion control systems.
- 7. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- 8. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- 9. Effective communication skills and the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- 10. Willingness to travel occasionally for onsite support and project installations.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- 1. Certification in robotic programming or automation technologies.
- 2. Experience in industries such as automotive manufacturing, aerospace, or consumer electronics.
- 3. Knowledge of advanced programming languages such as C++, Python, or MATLAB.
- 4. Familiarity with simulation software such as RobotStudio, RoboDK, or Visual Components.
