**Robotics Technical Support Engineer (Americas)**:

**Your responsibilities**:
- Monitor the Connected Services Portal and Follow up with Customer.
- Properly escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams (Dispatch, Application Engineer, or Robot Factory) and provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers.
- Prioritize and manage several open issues at one time.
- Follow up with clients to ensure their Robotics systems are fully functional after troubleshooting.
- Document technical knowledge in the form of notes and manuals (OneNote) and actively and continuously update technical skills. (Welding, Paint, MH, Vision, PM, etc).
- Verification and Validation of latest Robot Software's (Robot Studio, RobotWare, PowerPacks).
**Your background**:
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechatronics, Electric engineering or related.
- Fluent English, Fluent Spanish and Intermediate Portuguese.
- +2 years of experience in Help Desk or Robotics Field Service Engineer role.
- Experience in interpretation of electrical diagrams and industrial networks.
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues.
- Experience working at a technical level with robots (programming, configuration, etc.) and Industrial Communication Protocols.
- Teamwork, Adaptability, Handles stressful situations appropriately.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal.
