Analyzes, develops and revises Rotary Press Procer new or existing products to implement NPIs or improve KPr existing part numbers. Analyzes and revises existing processes to minimize waste and maximize productivity through product design, material selection, tooling selection and upgrades, assembly methods and materials. Evaluates existing equipment and equipment requirements and makes necessary recommendations to management. Assists in developing on-the-job trainir employees. Provides Confidencial as directed. Assists with performing root cause analysis of customer complaints and non-confirming material. Performs and assists with qualifications, validations, and capability studies as needed. Assists Manufacturing/Process Engineer as needed. Responsibilir delivery of complex cronctional projects. Identifies and communicates projects risks to leadership team along withclear recommendatior resolution or mitigation. Manage all elements of the product launch process including process development, process readiness and execution of go-to-market plans. Work with operational stakeholders to drive detailed plans as appropriate. Develop best practices cilitate high product releases. Understand the scope and operational requirements and impacts of all cronctional tear each launch. Assist in the attainment of product revenue growth and attachment during the initial post-launch period trough the development and implementation of new product marketing programs and enhancements to value proposition messaging. Demonstrates accountability and diligenr activities such as CAPA, NCR actions, Customer Complainteld actionllows and complies with Boyd internal procedures based on Medical Regulations.
