Rotary Process Engineer

**Experience**:

- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related field
- At least 5 years of experience as Engineer of Rotary Press machines.
- English level advanced
- Visa available (desirable)
- Preferably posses' knowledge on Medical Devices regulations such as ISO 13485, FDA CFR 820 and similar regulations

**Major Responsibilities**:

- Analyzes, develops and revises Rotary Press Process for new or existing products to implement NPIs or improve KPIs for existing part numbers.
- Analyzes and revises existing processes to minimize waste and maximize productivity through product design, material selection, tooling selection and upgrades, assembly methods and materials.
- Evaluates existing equipment and equipment requirements and makes necessary recommendations to management.
- Assists in developing on-the-job training for employees. Provides training as directed.
- Assists with performing root cause analysis of customer complaints and non-confirming material.
- Performs and assists with qualifications, validations, and capability studies as needed.
- Assists Manufacturing/Process Engineer as needed.
- Responsibility for delivery of complex cross functional projects.
- Identifies and communicates projects risks to leadership team along with clear recommendations for resolution or mitigation.
- Manage all elements of the product launch process including process development, process readiness and execution of go-to-market plans.
- Work with operational stakeholders to drive detailed plans as appropriate.
- Develop best practices to facilitate high quality product releases.
- Understand the scope and operational requirements and impacts of all cross functional teams for each launch.
- Assist in the attainment of product revenue growth and attachment during the initial post-launch period trough the development and implementation of new product marketing programs and enhancements to value proposition messaging.
- Demonstrates accountability and diligence for Quality activities such as CAPA, NCR actions, Customer Complaints, Field actions.
