Develop machine and process specifications for new processes: The Rotor Process Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing and implementing new processes that will improve manufacturing productivity and efficiency.
This includes developing machine specifications and designing processes that are optimized for the manufacturing environment.2.
Develop and review operational documents: The Rotor Process Engineer will be responsible for developing and reviewing operational documents, including Control Plans, FMEA, Procedures, Product Drawings, Process Sheets, Lessons Learned, Single Point Lessons, SCCAF, Error Proofing.
These documents will provide detailed instructions on how to operate and maintain equipment and processes within the manufacturing environment.3.
