No matter who you are, where you're from, or who you love, you can always influence the people around you and make a positive impact in the world.ResponsibilitiesThe OpportunityThe main purpose of this new and critical position is to support accelerated volume growth and cost to serve optimization through:Support Business team to executionalize an optimal sales route system aligned to go to market strategy.Request routing to be completed through Strategic Routing team through workflow creation.Support the Sales Strategy team with the change for route design acceptance and implementation.Influence local business teams to execute according to design and adherence to strategic objective.Your ImpactAs Route Design Coordinator LATAM your responsibilities would consist:Manage the project:Align with Sales Strategy Leadership the detailed project for route design implementation.Support critical path activities.Scale up issues to ensure the implementation of the solution in time and form.Support Sales Strategy with execution status and performance reports.Build capability with local leadership.Manage the change:Support the communication strategy to mitigate change impact.Perform as a Change Agent to deliver and implement solution.Understand risks and concerns to address them and mitigate resistance through Sales Strategy team.Support the Sales Strategy team to align with Sales, HR and other functional leaders that could be affected by the proposed change.Deliver and build change capability in Sales Strategy - GTM.Enable process hypercare plan.QualificationsWho Are We Looking For?EducationProfessional / Bachelor degree / MBA a plus.ExperienceEnglish: fluent professional.Strong understanding of Go-to-Market and DSD route processes and activities.Previous Route Engineering or Modeling experience a plus.Detailed understanding of PepsiCo's Supply Chain, the broader PepsiCo functions and general understanding of the broader CPG landscape.Expertise in GIS and routing tools, database tools, MS Excel.Ability to lead and influence internally & externally, across divisions and functions - at all levels of the organization
