No matter who you are, where you're from, or who you love, you can always influence the people around you and make a positive impact in the world.Know more: PepsiCoJobsJoin PepsiCo, dare for better.Responsibilities:The OpportunityThe main purpose of this position is to support accelerated volume growth and cost to serve optimization through perform and deliver route engineering design solutions within the Route Intelligence Center.This role will be in charge of following service requests through the Field Strategy Manager and performing solutions using the technological platform (Territory Planner).Interaction and alignment with the Coordinator role to clarify items within the request.Interaction and alignment with the Project / Change Manager to get feedback from route engineering solution in place on the field, in case any adjustment is required for solution fine tuning based on performance.Coordinate with their team members (other route planners) for support requirements and technical needs.Your ImpactAs Route Planner your functions would consist of:Expert using the software to perform route engineering solution based on request from Business Unit through the Route Design Managers.Utilize PFNA (PepsiCo Foods North America) Gold Standard Route Engineering Process.Clarify and if necessary, modify route engineering solution based on feedback from performance in field.Build reports to follow up on solution delivery performance with Coordinator.Support on Route Intelligence Center continuous improvement plan and implementation.Warranty the achievement of the SLA commitment with each project.Qualifications:Who are we looking for?Professional / Bachelor degree.English: fluent professional.Ability to use MS Excel.Strong communication skills, written and oral.If this is an opportunity that interests you, we encourage you to apply even if you do not meet 100% of the requirements.What can you expect from us:Opportunities to learn and develop every day through a wide range of programs.Internal digital platforms that promote self-learning.Development programs according to Leadership skills.Specialized training according to the role.Learning experiences with internal and external providers
