Over the last five years, Diageo Mexico has achieved significant double-digit growth in sales and increased share of market through outstanding brand building, extraordinary Commercial partnerships and brilliant execution in a wide range of categories: Whisky, Single Malts, Rum, Tequila, Vodka, Gin, Mezcal, Liquor, Beer and RTD; contending in differentmarket segments: Emerging Middle Class, Premium and Luxury.In order to deliver our performance ambition, we need to become the best Marketing and Sales organization passionate about winning every day, everywhere with customers and consumers by demonstrating on data & insights to make the right decision to enable the triple win.Purpose of RoleTo develop Diageo Mexico's RTC transformation in collaboration with RTC Team and multifunctional areas, ensuring comprehensive roadmap of strategic interventions to redesign, strengthen and accelerate our On Trade, Off Trade and New Business channels – successfully improving the way we sell and market our products in Mexico to better serve our customers and consumers.Financial AccountabilityContributor for the delivery of the full business main KPI´s like Sellout/Sell in Volume & Value, NSV, Share.Key Functional ResponsibilitiesFollow up the 5-year RTC strategy for Diageo Mexico linked to a clear transformation roadmap that includes strategic interventions in the On Trade, Wholesale, Modern Trade and New Business Channels.Day-to-day management and execution of the defined RTC interventions.Full accountability of Diageo Mexico's RTC, responsible to protect and successfully commercialize our portfolio.Design and implement most efficient service models to enable our performance ambition in a sustainable way.Key Leadership ResponsibilitiesLead and mobilize the business, including cross-functional teams and external partners, to ensure a brilliant execution of the defined RTC interventions.Engage and influence internal/external key partners to ensure complete delivery of the RTC transformation roadmap.Qualifications & Experience RequiredDegree in Business or Engineering.+3 years of experience in Sales, Commercial, Strategy roles.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Proficiency in English and Spanish and Microsoft Office.Commercial and Strategy experience in CPG companies.Confirmed Commercial skill.P&L and broader financial understanding.Confirmed strategic, planning, analytical and negotiation skills.Able to mobilize the business around a clear goal and engage key partners.A driven self-starter, passionate about winning and implementing brilliantly.Ability to prioritize and work with different challenges and a sense of urgency
