Row / Miller Customer Service Leader

**Roles & Responsibilities**- Manage the CS team on a day-to-day basis, taking care of the drumbeat of activities.- Manage priorities and ensure resources are available to comply business plans.- Look with customers to actively optimize the whole supply chain from our source.- Act as first line up escalation in case issues arise in the relationship with customers, sources and stakeholders.**What we look for**:- Bachelor´s Degree: Engineering / Business related.- English is a must.- People management capabilities- Strong drive for results, agility, used to work cross functionally in dynamic environments.- Strong interpersonal, intercultural and team skills, ability to influence without authority.- Foster a continuous improvement mindset, where value is created for Heineken and our customers.- Fields of expertise: Affinity with Demand/Supply planning, S&OP, Customer Service.- Excellent communicator both spoken and written
