.Job ID: 28928- Location: Tlajomulco de Zuñiga, MX, 45640**RPA Team Lead****Job ID**:28928**Location**:MX-JA-Santa Anita-Vitesco II**Salary Classification**:11**Mission and Purpose of this position**:**Core Responsibilities**:People Management (shared)- Responsible to coordinate global team members on technical topics to obtain expected results, and to integrate new members in the organization.- Involved in all steps of the hiring process of new team members when requested (e.G. participates in interviews as technical evaluator and/or at interview decisions together with direct superior and HR Representative etc ).- Responsible to ensure that employees' competencies and capabilities from their team are at the level required by the job by setting objectives and proposing technical and soft skills trainings for his employees.- Performs regular meetings with all direct reports to ensure high quality work, monitor performance, motivation, retention give & receive feedback, discuss the road map and plan actions if necessary.- Performs the yearly Performance Management Process for all direct reports, with the supervision of the direct superior when needed, according to the applicable procedural and timely requirements.Planning (full)- Responsible to assign/approve work packages for their team according to their internal function, competencies and capabilities, with the involvement of the direct superior, when necessary, to increase team performance while maintaining a balanced workload.- Responsible to plan and monitor the execution of all activities/tasks in order to meet due dates according to clients' requirements.- Ownership of team's performance metrics including but not limited to setting, evaluating and reporting.Service Delivery (full)- Supervises a team of RPA Professionals, Data Analysts & Operational Data Admins, managing data integrity and preparation of reports to ensure completeness, accuracy, timeliness & accessibility.- Compliance and quality control review & approval of work package data, in adherence to Vitesco Technologies policies and procedures, including operational processes documentation.- Leads the customer/supplier support and issue resolution related to requisitions and purchase orders, ensuring quality and in time delivery of results within the agreed framework, by monitoring regularly the status of work packages.- Identify, drive and sustain Purchasing innovations, process improvements and cost savings initiatives within the team to achieve optimal capacity and process efficiencies.- Performs tasks and activities assigned to Data Analysts' and Ops Data Admins' (50%)
