What You Will Do Be ultimately responsible for creating the standards in the production process and for communicating and training the production teams accordingly.Facilitate the application of Global Manufacturing Excellence principles and tools (work instructions and procedures for safety, quality, DDS, CILs maintenance, CL).Who You Are University Degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.Experience of 3-5 years in the manufacturing industry.Structured mindset and analytical thinking skills.Ability to manage people and teams.Ability to work independently, confidently, self-sufficiently, and team-oriented.Knowledge of MS Office/Autocad/Minitab.Fully bilingual.Knowledge of the textile industry (desirable).Project management experience.Machine validations (IQ/OQ/PQ).Knowledge of Lean manufacturing methodology.Familiarity with SAP ERP System.What We Can Offer You Our purpose, Breaking Barriers to Well-being, provides meaning to everything we do.
