Your 'day to day': As RTM Execution Analyst, you will be responsible for carrying out the relevant configurations within the billing tool (Power Street) of the Zoned Distributors. You will lead and execute projects focused on changes in the operational structure of the Distributor and follow up on the impact on commercial and distribution indicators.
Ensure the correct execution of tasks in Power Street (PWST) such as customer and product registrations, price list updates, surveys, etc. Responsible for the configuration in PWST of the commercial levers: Credit, Mini Credit, Promotions, Sales Policies, Target Load for the salesperson, etc. Responsible for the follow-up on the different commercial and route performance indicators for the projects in DZ structure. Responsible for the loading process as well as the compliance in time and form for the visualization of commercial levers. Responsible for the visibility for the operation on the modifications that are made within the PWST tool such as changes in structure, processes and new tools. Owner of the process of customer additions, deletions, and changes for the entire distribution force. Who we're looking for: A minimum of a university degree in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Data Engineering, or anything related to STEM careers. 1-2 years of experience in trade marketing and managing platforms such as Salesforce, SAP or Oracle. Advanced Excel and experience handling database cross-referencing. Intermediate/Advanced English Analytical & attention to detail. Process focused, organization & structure.
