**About the Role**:

We are looking for an RTO to ensure the correct execution of the production plan through the supervision of a work team aligned with internal policies and procedures.
**Main Responsibilities**:
- You will supervise the safety conditions of the equipment and machinery in order to guarantee a safe environment to work.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards through the supervision of the variables and attributes of production.
- You will generate plans for the use of materials (consumables and machinery) aligned to the assigned budget.
- Through the supervision of the team, you will guarantee compliance with the cleaning procedures at the beginning and end of production.
- You will have the opportunity to work with different roles to ensure compliance with the production plan.
**Who we are looking for**:
- Industrial Engineering or Related.
- At least 3 years of experience in similar roles.
- Experience in supervision of production lines.
- Availability to rotate shifts
- Fluency in English
- SAP Management
- Knowledge in manufacturing
- Dynamic and proactive approach
- Strategic vision
