Objective:Convert qualified leads generated by the outbound sales team into customers through persuasion, negotiation, and effective closing techniques. The closer will be responsible for maximizing conversion rates and ensuring that customers receive exceptional service during the sales process.Main Responsibilities:Qualified Leads Management:- Receive qualified leads from the outbound team and make immediate contact to continue the sales process.- Perform detailed analysis of each prospect's needs to offer customized solutions.Sales Closing:- Present clear and compelling business proposals to qualified prospects.- Handle objections and negotiate terms to ensure a successful closing.- Finalize sales agreements ensuring customer satisfaction and meeting business objectives.Customer Relationship:- Build and maintain a trusting relationship with prospects during the closing process.- Ensure a smooth transition to the post-sales or customer service team, if applicable.Follow-up:- Proactively follow up with prospects who need more time to decide.- Identify additional opportunities for cross-selling or upselling.Reporting and Analysis:- Document every interaction and the status of each prospect in the CRM.- Provide weekly reports on conversion rates and feedback on lead quality.- Collaborate with the outbound team to optimize the profile of qualified leads.Requirements:Background in sales areas will be an asset.Proven experience in sales closing or similar roles.Management of CRM type platforms.Tech savvy.Knowledge of negotiation strategies and objection handling.Proficient in Microsoft Office and email management tools.Excellent communication and persuasion skills.Proactive.Strong self-management skills.Oriented to personal and professional growth.Advanced English (will maintain written and verbal communication with foreign clients).Communication and problem-solving skills.Ability to work under pressure and be results-oriented.Active listening and focus on customer needs.Dynamic and results-oriented work.Valid visa and passport is a plus.#J-18808-Ljbffr
