Objective: Identify, contact and qualify potential prospects through outbound strategies, ensuring a steady stream of high quality leads for the closing team. The outbound salesperson will be responsible for generating initial interest in the company's products/services through calls, emails and the use of technology tools.
Main Responsibilities:
- Active Prospecting:
- Make a minimum of 100 calls per day to qualified prospects.
- Send strategic and personalized emails to capture the attention of prospects.
- Use tools and applications to identify new prospects and manage existing contacts.
- Lead Management:
- Create and constantly update databases with relevant prospect information.
- Qualify leads and pass them on to the closing team, ensuring they meet established criteria.
- Effective Communication:
- Maintain constant correspondence with prospects through calls, emails and other digital platforms.
- Respond to inquiries and follow up with contacts in a timely and professional manner.
- Automation and Technology:
- Use technology applications and tools to optimize contact management and lead follow-up.
- Become familiar with CRM and automation platforms to monitor progress and results of prospecting activities.
- Reporting and Results:
- Provide weekly and monthly reports on the number of prospects contacted, leads generated and conversion rates.
- Collaborate with the closing team to analyze and optimize strategies based on results.
Requirements:
- Background in sales areas will be an asset.
- Previous experience in outbound sales or roles related to active prospecting.
- Management of CRM type platforms.
- Tech savvy.
- Ability to use digital applications and technologies to optimize daily tasks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and email management tools.
- Proactive and resilient attitude in the face of rejection.
- Strong self-management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Efficient time management and organization.
- Advanced English (will maintain written and verbal communication with foreign clients).
- Dynamic and results oriented work style.
