Rts - Talent Acquisition Specialist

Qualifications: Advanced English/bilingual level INDISPENSABLE.

Completed Bachelor's degree.

Full availability for office work (no home-office), with no transportation-scheduling issues.

Good attention to detail and specific process compliance.

Advanced knowledge, experience, and ability to manage any kind of profiles is a must.

At least 1-2 years of recruiting and selection experience.

Team player abilities.

Assertive communication and good handling of frustration tolerance.
Responsibilities: Work in conjunction with our clients and internal team to locate the ideal profiles for the assigned positions.

Apply the necessary filters, interviews, skills tests and support to candidates in the process.

Manage different platforms and recruitment sources for talent attraction and head-hunting.

Meet weekly goals in relation to the positions under his/her responsibility.

Ensure effective communication in the process and compliance with protocols, promoting customer satisfaction and candidate interest.
