We are seeking a talented Ruby on Rails Developer to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining robust and scalable web applications that power our telecommunications solutions.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain Ruby on Rails applications, ensuring high performance, responsiveness, and scalability.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues in a timely manner.Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry trends. Must-Have Skills: Strong proficiency in Ruby on Rails (MAIN STACK).Experience with MySQL databases.Solid understanding of Restful API usage.Proficiency in CSS.Experience with Test-Driven Development (TDD) and Behavior-Driven Development (BDD). Nice-to-Have Skills: Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.Knowledge of SIP, WebRTC, and VoIP protocols.Previous experience in video conferencing development.Familiarity with building VoIP/telephony customer-facing portals. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.Solid experience in Ruby on Rails development.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
