Ruby on Rails As a SW you will be focused on SEO as a means to grow our user base
Perform some improvements to our email marketing and transactional marketing campaigns.
Improve our logic for how Google crawls our site
Execute general improvements to our pages by adding, updating, or removing content.
Qualifications and Skills Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
5+ years of experience in software development with RoR
Experience with building and scaling web applications and services.
Strong understanding of software engineering principles and best practices, including agile methodologies, software design patterns, and continuous delivery.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve their goals.
Experience with AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, or other cloud technologies is a plus.
Must haves:
Ruby on Rails
HTML/CSS
Understand of SQL databases and modeling
Git / github experience
Past use of software dev tools such as JIRA (we use linear)
