The Axial Programme will be powered by S/4HANA, a new ERP system that will provide standardized processes, improved financial management, common data, and real-time reporting, redefining our ways of working globally.Introduction to Role:SAP MDG Consultant will guide the organization through the implementation and optimization of SAP MDG solutions, translating business requirements into technical solutions. This role requires expertise in SAP MDG modules, data modeling, data governance, and superb communication skills.Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities of Role:Implement integrations between SAP MDG and other systems to ensure seamless data flow.Identify data quality metrics and implement data quality rules within SAP MDG.Develop training materials and provide mentorship to end-users on SAP MDG functionalities.Support testing activities to validate SAP MDG solutions.Facilitate change management processes for smooth adoption of SAP MDG solutions.Stay updated on the latest SAP MDG developments and identify opportunities for process improvements.Essential Skills/Experience:Minimum 1 year of experience in SAP MDG implementation and customization.Experience in SAP MDG for Customer, Vendor, Material, and Finance master data.Basic understanding of master data and ECC modules (MM & SOTC).Knowledge of Customer / Vendor integration (CVI) configuration setup.Understanding of data modeling concepts and key mapping.Knowledge in Data Quality management.Knowledge of Data Migrations and the ETL process.Understanding of MDG Consolidation and Mass processing configurations.Ability to analyze requirements and provide Fit-to-Standard solutions.Desirable Skills/Experience:SAP MDG Training (S/4 Hana version).Knowledge of MDG Technical and debugging techniques.Experience with project management including Agile / Scrum methodologies.Proven leadership skills interacting with senior leaders.(hybrid - Expectation of working in the office 3 days a week) In-person working is essential for collaboration and innovation.
