Reach out, join our network, and start a conversation that could lead to your next big opportunity.Let's build a better future together!Job requirements:Candidate should have worked in Refinery and Petrochemical companies (in Planning, Scheduling, Technical Services division) and/or delivered Planning solutions to Oil and Gas clients in consulting assignments.Candidate should have knowledge of refinery/petrochemicals plant configurations, their economics, blending operations, yield accounting, crude blending, product distribution, crude arrival sequencing.Candidate should be familiar with typical Planning & Scheduling business processes, functional requirements, Fit-Gap analysis, vendor selection process, integration of Planning with other applications and data visualization.Candidate must be well versed with Feedstock ranking (Indifference), Rolling Plans, Back-casting, configuration selection and plant debottlenecking studies, update of multi-period, multi-plant linear programming models.Qualifications:Engineering Degree (Tier-1 institutes) preferably ChemicalMBA or PGDM preferred not mandatoryFluency in EnglishExperience:Develop and manage comprehensive production plans for the refinery, aligning with demand forecasts, inventory targets, and business objectives.Create and maintain detailed production schedules that optimize the use of refinery assets and ensure the timely delivery of products.Collaborate with operations, maintenance, supply chain, and quality assurance teams to align production plans with operational capabilities and constraints.Utilize advanced planning tools and techniques to optimize production processes, reduce costs, and improve overall refinery efficiency
