**IT Software Engineer**
Design, integrate, develop, maintain, and test software solutions
**Your tasks**:
- Manage EDI-related business support responsibilities.
- Provide ongoing internal/external customer support for EDI related transactions and problems.
- Migration of nonstandard processes into company standard flows
- Work with project teams to engineer appropriate and viable solutions within EDI
- Basic willingness to travel

**Skills/Education**:
- Mapping skills (Axway BOM and/or Seeburger BIC MD are a big plus)
- SQL skills
- Scripting languages (bash, perl, xslt, )
- Linux system operations
- GEFEG.FX are a plus
- Good English skills, both written and spoken
- Ability to work independently and as part of an international team
- Effective and analytical with good communication skills
- +3 years of progressive experience in EDI
- +3 years of scripting languag
- Experience in the management of EDI logistic processes
- Experience with maintenance and support of EDI standards: ANSI X12, EDIFACT, VDA,
- Experience with EDI and SAP IDOC Mappings required
- Experience with Axway TSIM and/or Seeburger BIS are a plus
- Experience with common EDI communication protocols OFTP, AS2 and SFTP
- A good understanding of database concepts and fluency in SQL
- Experience with automotive, manufacturing or distribution companies are a plus
