Your role at Clorox:
We are seeking a S&OP Analyst to join in our team to coordinate and drive the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process, ensuring process discipline across multifunctional stakeholders. This role involves leading alignment, supply, and demand meetings, and developing annual forecasts during the business planning cycle
In this role, you will:
- Coordinate the S&OP process, ensuring process discipline with multifunctional stakeholders. Lead key meetings, including Alignment, Supply, and Demand reviews- Develop annual forecasts during the business planning cycle. Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Product Supply, and Finance teams to thoroughly understand proposed fiscal year plans and their implications. This includes considering inputs such as Baseline, Building Blocks, Market Share, and Innovation- Improve sales forecast accuracy and BIAS by analyzing sources of forecast errors and recommending appropriate action plans- Update forecasts 2 to 3 times per week to provide timely insights to the supply team. Ensure all relevant databases are maintained and updated- Challenge volume inputs from Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams during S&OP meetings to ensure data accuracy and alignment

What we look for:
- Knowledge of demand planning.- Experience in forecasting.- Familiarity with the S&OP process.- Statistical knowledge.- Strong communication and teamwork skills.- Proficiency in Power BI.- Advanced knowledge of Excel; knowledge of Access is a plus.- Advanced English proficiency is required.- Ability to work with large databases.- Degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or related fields, or equivalent working experience
