Saas Solutions Engineering Intern

The role develops value-add engineering capabilities that help deliver customer success (example: AI enablement across the SaaS and Apps delivery function).
The organization has a unique proximity to the customer and often needs to develop/deploy engineering configurations supported by a small but impactful 'in-house' engineering capability.
This role will deliver cutting-edge, innovative solutions to our customers that make an immediate impact.Responsibilities:Support the design and implementation of cloud-based solutions that integrate with SaaS service providers to drive business growth and efficiency.Collaborate with engineering and Oracle product teams to develop, test, and optimize scalable solutions for improved system performance and user experience within the SaaS ecosystem.Assist in problem-solving while understanding and applying Oracle policies and procedures.Enable features and subsystems, such as AI solutions, and assist with operation's technical requirements.Design new scalable solutions for a fast-changing infrastructure environment with complex needs in fields like configuration deployments, monitoring, and logging.
Perform deep analysis into performance bottlenecks and provide necessary fixes.
