Job DescriptionMaintain operative controls according to legal compliance related to Health, Safety & Environmental requirements (60%)
Support new projects, Manufacturing and support areas requirements related to air emissions control, waste control, perimeter noise, water usage & discharge, and/or Health and safety programs (30%)
Support compliance with Health, Safety & Environmental dependence programs – Industria Limpia, autogestion, and Management Systems ISO 14001/ISO 45001 (10%)

ISO 14001 / ISO 45001 Internal auditor.
MAIN FUNCTIONS:ENVIRONMENTAL AREA:Support legal compliance according to Mexican law and corporate requirements (obtain and update environmental and safety licenses – MX regulatory).Responsible for hazardous and non-hazardous waste operative controls implementation.Maintain records updated according to internal requirements (logbooks, manifests, reports, etc.).Control of containers and collection process according to procedures.Support air emission program, water conservation program, and water discharge control.Coordinate with responsible areas (FCM/HRL/Manufacturing and support areas).Support pest control planning.Supervise external personnel in this area.HEALTH AND SAFETY AREA:Ensure legal compliance according to Mexican law and corporate requirements (related to STPS, SSA, COESPRIS, IMSS – MX regulatory).Support new projects according to CD 03800 (risk analysis and workstation release).Conduct HSE activities related to HSE Training Matrix.Participate in Safety Committee and Gembas-audits to all areas.Implement safety prevention programs (LOTO/Electrical/Chemical).Investigate accidents and incidents, and maintain statistics and prevention measures.Administer IMSS and STPS documents (IMSS-ST7, ST2, ST9, PGR & STPS accident report).Control high-risk works (confined space, height, and hot works).Manage chemicals according to corporate requirements.Oversee contractors safety program.Support BCM guideline implementation.Act as safety training instructor.Ensure health working conditions (i.e., ergonomics and work environment - lighting, noise).Support obtaining and maintaining external certifications (e.g., autogestion by STPS).GENERAL TOPICS:Support HSE activities related to HSE Training Matrix.Assist with external certifications (e.g., ISO 14001, ISO 45001, Industria Limpia, Autogestion, etc.).Implement corporate CD03800, N2580 & applicable requirements.It is the responsibility of the associate to know and apply the EHS policies, having, but not limited to, the following responsibilities:Fulfill the safety procedures applicable to their area.Actively participate in trainings and tests scheduled in accordance with the level of risks of their job.Support safety and environmental programs.Promote awareness programs related to HSE activities.Qualifications2+ years' experience in HSE areas or 3+ years' experience in BOSCH Process.Basic knowledge of Mexican safety and environmental laws and regulations.Able to train others, proactive, team-oriented, and possess good communication skills (preferred).Basic English proficiency (60%).Basic knowledge of MS Office.Intermediate knowledge of ISO 14001.Basic knowledge of ISO 45001.Additional InformationBosch is constantly expanding its international presence, as cultural diversity represents one of our greatest strengths.
