As Safety Coordinator at our Monterrey branch, promote safety programs that reduce risks to our people and help us continue our industry-leading warehouse safety record!**Better together!** This position is on-site, and we are looking for people who share our passion.**Position Responsibilities**- Promote safety awareness by providing support and information to employees.- Identify safety training needs, coordinate training and monitor safety goals.- Take part in new product / process review, including process hazard analysis.- Participate on Uline's Safety Committee.- Review incident reports and follow-up as necessary.- Train new employees on Uline procedures and safety standards when needed.**Minimum Requirements**- High school diploma or equivalent.- **Bilingual (English / Spanish) - fluent in both verbal and written forms.**- 3+ years of warehouse experience.
