**Job Description**:
- Provides expert leadership in developing, implementing, and monitoring programs that drive year-over-year increases in safety and ergonomics and maintain highest environmental quality standards.
- Involved in the design and development of facilities, work areas and work procedures and makes health, safety and environmental (HSE) recommendations accordingly.
- Develops new and creative methods to drive continuous improvement of HSE practices.
- Responsible for preparing, maintaining, and updating environmental and policy and procedure manuals.
- Ensures compliance with all HSE regulations, and keeps abreast of any changes to laws and regulations that impact the organization.
- Serves as contact with all regulatory bodies.
- Typically provides work, direction to HSE professionals and serves as an expert resource.
- Environment (water, electricity, RP, NRP, ISO 14001), incident investigation, monitoring
- corrective actions, spill investigation and safety inspections.
- Support in the training of emergency brigades. (HAZMAT)
- In case of emergency and there is no coordinator, you can take your emergency position for the brigades, compliance with the internal communication flow and for support of external agencies.
- Administration and Evaluation of Environmental Aspects and Impacts
- Use Procedures that affect compliance with Applicable ISO Product requirements 9001
- Monitoring and Application of procedures in accordance with ISO 45000 Regulations
- Preparation, Monitoring and Application of procedures in accordance with ISO 14001 Regulations.
- Development of indicators and control points for EHS processes
- Ensuring compliance and documentation of permits and related legal procedures.
- Participation in the development of the Environmental Cost Deployment, to attack losses later
- according to the CD
- Follow up on your continuous training and take courses declared necessary in a timely manner without import is at the top of its category.
- Use Procedures that affect compliance with Applicable ISO Product requirements 9001/ 50001
Qualifications:
- Requires a bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- An Requires a bachelor's degree in HSE, engineering or equivalent and at least 3 years relevant experience.
- Expert knowledge of environmental and best practices.
- Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal skills that result in effective communications.
- Exceptional presentation skills to senior executives.
- Strong knowledge of developing and implementing training programs.
- Must have proven success in driving continuous improvement in HSE. Lean and Six Sigma preferred.
- Experience using Root Cause Analysis (RCA), Failure, Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA), or similar robust problem-solving tools.
