The role encompasses strategic planning, financial oversight, and wholesale management.
Collaboration with the founder and marketing team is crucial to align forecasts, budgets, and inventory for sustained growth.Key Responsibilities:Monitor and manage financial processes, including P&L, cash flow, and sales projections.Perform demand and supply planning to ensure optimal inventory levels.Oversee and refine processes for wholesale operations and factory purchase orders.Coordinate with third-party logistics providers and maintain product availability.Develop and maintain sales forecasting tools and inventory tracking systems.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align operational strategies with business goals.Qualifications:3+ years of experience in operations or financial management.Proficiency in financial tools such as QuickBooks and advanced Excel.Strong problem-solving and communication skills.Experience in demand planning, inventory management, and sales forecasting.Nice-to-Haves:Familiarity with tools like Flexport, Shopify, and Notion.Background in e-commerce or wholesale operations.Please note: To ensure prompt processing of your application, we kindly request that you submit your resume and intro video in English format.#J-18808-Ljbffr
