**SALES**
- Gatheer Sales & Profit result and forecast Customer window for OEM Communicate with various levels of management, technical staff, customer support personnel and representatives of affiliated companies to discuss customer requirements and coordinate response activities.
- Coordinate sample request from customers and report to management on evaluation of customer's requirements.
Maintain records associated with sale of product including pricing, sample shipments, data sheets, catalogs, etc.
- Maintain awareness of competitor's activity and industry business trends.
Communicate with the Accounting Department & Customer Service Department and assists with setting up new accounts and reconciling disputed claims and past due balances.
- Handle special projects as requested by Manager.

- SANSHIN activity with customer (Quotation/Sample preparation)
- Solicit potential customers and makes presentation of products and services.
- Investigate business potential for new products and technologies and report findings to management.
- Report new business detail to Factory side Exisiting business Regularly communicates with customers providing sales and technical support.
- Coordinate various customer issues and presents solutions.
Introduce new products and new technologies to existing customers and make effort to expand use of products.
- Take care annual customer activity(CR/VA/VE)
- Support ECR/EOP timming
- Compliance with IATF Standards 16949, ISO 45001.
**JOB PROFILE**
- Bachelor's degree (B.
A.)
from four-year College or University.
- **English proficiency at advanced level is required.
