You'll be instrumental in the growth and success of a newly established team dedicated to this strategic initiative.What Will You Be Doing?Lead and mentor a team of Sales Account Executives Italian Market, guiding them through the sales process and ensuring their success.Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment, driving motivation and accountability.Take ownership of managing Sales-qualified deals and enhancing the customer experience, particularly in the execution of the sales cycle for our Expenses functionality.Identify, engage with, and support prospect clients throughout their decision-making journey, steering them through the entire sales cycle to successful closure.Develop innovative account plans and strategies to surpass sales quotas, employing creative and consultative selling techniques.Conduct high-level negotiations with C-Suite and VP-Level Executives, driving mutually beneficial outcomes.Provide accurate forecasts of activities and revenue achievement to sales leadership, ensuring transparency and accountability.Your ProfilePossess a Hunter + Farmer mentality, demonstrating hunger, persistence, and a strong work ethic.Have at least 2 years of closing B2B sales within SaaS-based companies or digital transformation environments.Experience leading a team of Account Executives and managing people.Adept skills in data analysis and commercial strategy development.Excel as a communicator, quickly establishing rapport and empathizing with individuals.Proactively generate and champion new ideas, demonstrating initiative and creativity.Exhibit full ownership and accountability for all activities undertaken.Proficiency in English and Italian is required.Bonus PointsPrevious involvement in building a Business Unit or team from inception.Experience in Full cycle sales B2B.Prior experience in the SMBs market.We care about people and we also offer a lot of benefits for employees:High growth, multicultural and friendly environmentContinuous training and learning based on your needsHealthy life with Gympass (Gyms, pools, outdoor classes)Save expenses with CobeeLanguage classes with Yolk AcademyGet the most out of your salary with PayflowAnd when at the office..
