- Bachelor's degree in Business (Engineering degree with experience in Sales would be considered).
- Experience in Sales / Business Development.
- 5-years of experience in the Automotive OEM/Tier1 industry.
- 3-years of experience in Manufacturing Automotive environment.
- Have some level of technical knowledge to read drawings and understand specifications.
- Active involvement in the preparation of a business case and suggest changes to be competitive according to market.
- Active participant in meetings with customers (remote and in-person).
Able to lead and moderate accordingly.
Take a leader role for business negotiations with customers.
- Focus on delivering results and problem solving.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Self-motivated.
- Able to adjust in a dynamic environment focused on customer centricity and business growth.
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
- Position will be remote but located in Mexico.
- Travel within Mexico and international will be required (approximately 20% of the time).
- Valid Passport and USA visa (if applicable).
