We constantly develop our people, that are passionate doing their work in our fast-paced environment.**What do you bring to the team?****Your key responsibilities are**:- The role of the Sales Account Manager is to meet an annual sales budget and grow a customer base that offers profitable growth, as well as reinforcing the overall sales budget of GÜDEL-Mexico.- Estimates and analyzes current and past transaction records, trends, and costs, estimated and actual invoiced sales, administrative commitments and obligations incurred.- Establishes a personal strategy to meet and support company goals. Identify and contact potential new customers and manage their individual needs.- Identify immediate and long-term business opportunities for the complete portfolio of Components, Robotics, Solutions, Parts and Services.- Maintain a close relationship with captive customers (with Güdel equipment installed).- Manage the prospecting strategy both face-to-face and remotely, efficiently identifying potential customers and their automation needs.- Qualify opportunities effectively, both commercially and technically, to prioritize efforts on opportunities with greater probability.- Propose competitive solutions, considering the budget and needs of the clients. Work to resolve purchase objections and ensure the company delivers the most value to customers.- Interact with product and system specialists (Engineering & Service) to determine appropriate solutions.- Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and presentations to support customer decision makers, with the goal of closing sales.- Maintain ongoing dialogue and strong build relationships with clients to identify future opportunities and conduct business.- Maintain accurate sales records, forecasts, and reports.- Maintain up-to-date sales contact information in the company's contact database.- Actively participate in trainings.- Prepare and provide training to integrators for the correct selection of our products
