Since our founding in 1873, we have evolved through organic growth and acquisition to become one of six companies.Sales Account ManagerThe primary mission is to drive business growth and profitability by selling profitable projects to both new and existing customers.Minimum RequirementsBachelor's degree in engineering, MBA, or equivalent experienceFive years of industry experienceProven track record in B2B sales, preferably in the industrial equipment or machinery sectorLive in Monterrey or SaltilloSkills and AbilitiesTechnical aptitude and the ability to grasp complex engineering concepts related to automated paint finishing equipmentStrong negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbalExcellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong customer relationshipsResults-driven and goal-oriented, with a focus on achieving sales targets and business objectivesSelf-motivated and proactive, capable of working independently and as part of a teamComprehensive understanding of customer requirements and manufacturing capabilitiesFluency in a second language, specifically English and SpanishProficiency in using current software applications such as AutoCAD and MS Office productsSalary base and superior benefits available.#J-18808-Ljbffr
