Coesia operates in 36 countries with 20 different companies and employs over 8,000 people as of 2023.About the RoleThe primary goal of an Account Manager is to maintain and deepen existing customer relationships and develop new business by selling HAPA products, services and solutions.Ensure a high level of sales with an adequate margin.Carry out day-to-day activities: visits to clients and prospects, follow-up on sales and service opportunities and projects, weekly CRM updates, sales forecasts, presentation of quotes, service agreements, RFQ filling, generation of prospecting and follow-up calls, etc.Ensure CRM and sales forecast are always up-to-date.Identify target companies and prospects for the continuous development of the business.Generate new accounts and maintain the satisfaction of current customers.Work together with the sales and services team for the optimal development of the business plan.Develop and implement a plan and strategies to win more projects.Implement and execute the company's strategies and work plan.Know and follow the guidelines of the different procedures of the quality system.Conduct survey visits to customer sites.Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.What You Need to Be SuccessfulYou have a bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business Administration and have been working at least 5 years in sales and services of industrial equipment in the pharmaceutical sector or similarMaintaining customer relationships and key accounts is easy for youYou possess excellent communication and presentation skillsYou are focused on results, honest, open, reliable, a team player and hardworkingFrequent travel in Mexico and abroad is an important part of this positionYou are very comfortable working with computersAdvanced business English is an absolute requirementOur OfferWe offer a modern work environment, attractive employment conditions and opportunities for professional and personal growth.
