Position Overview:
Green Wave Ingredients (Ingredients Online) is seeking a talented and experienced Sales Account Representative / Sales Representative to be a part of our dynamic sales team.

Sales Account Representative / Sales Representative/ Sales Account Representative, you will be responsible for building and nurturing relationships with our clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions.
You will play a crucial role in driving sales and contributing to our growth strategy.
We are looking for a superstar who has a knack with talking to leads over the phone and offering our solutions to them.
Must have the ability and drive to want to make a sale.
You will be provided the proper training to make sure you have the tools to succeed.
You will also be provided with the leads and will NOT need to find them yourself.

Sales Account Representative Responsibilities: Daily Communication

Responding to customer requests professionally and in a timely manner.

Communicating with other departments to successfully fulfill customer requests.
4.
Developing communication patterns and relationships with new accounts.
Converting Accounts
1.
Convert cold leads to prospects
2.
New accounts to purchasing customers
3.
Develop relationships with these accounts.
4.
Research the company and the integrity of their business.
5.
Offline customers to online customers
6.
Identify the potential of the customer and the needs.
7.
Stay in communication with customer about future opportunity.
Order Entry
1.
Process all new offline Purchase Orders.
Ingredient Quoting
1.
Assist Customers in providing accurate pricing and availability for interested ingredients
Account Management
1.
Assigned small accounts to develop, maintain and bring new business on
2.
Contact customers to share about weekly/monthly promotions.
Qualifications:
1.
Must have a Valid passport
2.
With at least 1 year of Phone Sales or Phone Sales Support experience
3.
Preferably with 1 year of experience as a Call Center Representative
4.
With at least 1 year of data/order entry experience
5.
Proficient in MS Office
6.
MUST be excellent with English communication both written and verbal
Pay: $24,589.32 per month
