Job PurposeIn partnership with the Outside Sales Rep and Sales Management, implement a unified strategy thatgenerates revenue through personalized service and value-based selling. Responsible for deliveringWorld Class service for approximately 10 - 15 of the most strategically significant Zone customers.Essential Job Responsibilities- Integrated Account Management for existing key Zone customers in partnership with OutsideSales; considered a key support resource for the customer- Coordinates order management activities: order entry, contract review, on-time deliveryperformance, inventory maintenance, special handling requirements, product specificationmaintenance, returns, and any other customer-related activities in support of customerrequirements- Applies intermediate to advanced sales skills combined with product/customer knowledge toexpand product offerings and value-added services with assigned customer base- Collaborates with internal and external resources when identifying emerging customer needs,cost savings opportunities, competitive threats, and revenue enhancement opportunities- Employs problem solving methodologies to resolve complex customer concerns- Key team player in developing sales plan, monitoring sales performance, and aggressivelydriving sales results- Continually develop and expand product and technical knowledge in support of customer base- Monitor key performance indicators to identify gaps in service levels and proactively work withcross-functional resources (operations, procurement, quality, finance, sales, etc.) to resolve- Build and nurture relationships with key customer contacts to ensure complete satisfaction andto identify new opportunities to build value- Records/maintains all customer-related and sales activity information in CRM system to enable360-degree view of customer- Drives order automation with assigned accounts- Other sales generation and customer support duties as assignedEducation & Experience- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Distribution, Supply Chain Management, Marketing, or BusinessAdministration- Five (5) years of industrial service experience handling large/key accounts
