Job PurposeIn partnership with the Outside Sales Rep and Sales Management, implement a unified strategy thatgenerates revenue through personalized service and value-based selling. Responsible for deliveringWorld Class service for approximately 10 - 15 of the most strategically significant Zone customers.Essential Job Responsibilities- Integrated Account Management for existing key Zone customers in partnership with OutsideSales; considered a key support resource for the customer- Coordinates order management activities: order entry, contract review, on-time deliveryperformance, inventory maintenance, special handling requirements, product specificationmaintenance, returns, and any other customer-related activities in support of customerrequirements- Applies intermediate to advanced sales skills combined with product/customer knowledgePerformance Standards- Meet/Exceed Customer Service Goals- Meet/Exceed Customer Experience Metrics- New business development in Strategic Accounts- Assigned Customer Business PlanCore Competencies- Excellent product knowledge- Excellent resourcefulness and innovative skills- Good self-confidence- Excellent customer relationship and management skills- Demonstrated motivation and inspiration for sales growth and development- Demonstrated ability to meet established sales goals- Must be professional, friendly, and customer-focused team player- Proficient in MS Office ( Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and CRM- Excellent verbal and written communication skills- Excellent interpersonal, time management, and presentation skills
