**Position Overview**: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales / Senior Acquisitions Specialist.
This role is ideal for a self-directed individual with a passion for real estate and a strong hunger for sales success.
The primary responsibility of this position is to drive property acquisitions by sourcing opportunities, conducting market analysis, and negotiating favorable terms with property sellers.
**Key Responsibilities**:- **Property Sourcing**: Identify and pursue potential acquisition opportunities through various channels, including cold calling, networking, online databases, and other lead-generation methods.- **Market Research & Analysis**: Conduct thorough market research to identify undervalued properties.
Evaluate investment potential by assessing market conditions, property values, and other relevant data.- **Due Diligence**: Perform comprehensive due diligence on prospective acquisitions, including financial analysis, property inspections, and legal reviews to ensure viable and profitable investments.- **Negotiation & Offer Making**: Engage with property sellers to negotiate purchase agreements.
Present competitive offers that align with Company´s investment strategy.- **Relationship Building**: Establish and maintain strong relationships with property owners, brokers, and other industry professionals to facilitate current and future acquisitions.- **Sales Presentations**: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to partners and investors, highlighting the potential and benefits of prospective acquisitions.- **Performance Tracking**: Track acquisition progress and maintain detailed records of interactions with potential sellers, offers made, and deals closed using CRM tools and other software.
**Key Requirements**:- **Experience**: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in acquisitions, sales, or a related field.
Prior experience in real estate acquisitions is preferred but not mandatory
