The sales administrator intern is responsible for supporting the sales administrator coordinator primarily with the order entry, administration, maintenance, monitoring and improvement activities regarding the 632 system and daily reports.
**MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSABILITIES**
- Review of the purchase order received by the customer electronically with the detail required to process a checklist. (Customer letterhead format, purchase order reference, delivery date requested by the customer or by direct collection, the delivery address and shipping instructions if necessary, item code measure, description, quantity, unit cost, correct currency and total amounts: before and after taxes)
- Confirm the payment, if the client does not have authorized credit it is necessary to inform the Finance area.
- Create customer order in the 632 system in which the sale price of the system, currency, delivery address, customer account, items are verified. If any of mentioned concepts are not in the system, a different and additional process is needed with the Sales Administrator Coordinator.
- Maintain an electronic record of the customer's purchase order, containing the assigned sales order number.
- Update and improve the MMS sales report for better monitoring and control.
- Send the confirmation to the sales representative and the customer electronically.
- Follow up on authorizations (these can be internal or corporate level as required).
Inform the sales administration coordinator about daily problems related to sales orders, orders, etc.
**Degree and Language**
- Currently pursuing a degree in: Commerce, Administration, Business, Engineering or similar.
- Intermediate - Strong verbal and communication skills, proficiency in English is required.
