Job Title: Sales Admin & Market Research Coordinator

Job Description**:We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Admin & Market Research Coordinator of the Food Industry to join our team.** In this role, you will be responsible for supporting sales administration activities while coordinating market research efforts to drive business growth and development in the food and consumer sector.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience in sales administration and market research coordination within the food and consumer sector.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in Spanish and English (written and spoken).
- Willingness to travel as needed.
**Responsibilities**:
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including but not limited to managing inquiries, processing orders, and maintaining customer records.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and emerging trends in the food and consumer sector.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for market expansion and customer acquisition.
- Assist in the preparation of sales presentations, reports, and proposals.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external partners to ensure smooth execution of sales and marketing activities.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to provide insights and recommendations for business improvement.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales transactions, customer interactions, and market research findings.
- Continuously monitor competitor activities and market developments to stay ahead of industry trends.
- Participate in sales meetings, conferences, and events as required.
Contract Type: Permanent
**Salary**: $40,000 MXN per month
