Sales Administrative Assistant (Home Office)

Important International Trade and Logistics company requests: Sales Administrative Assistant.
The functions are:

- Registration and monitoring of customer purchase orders.
- Management of customer incentives.
- Communication with customers about promotions and discounts.
**Requirements**:

- Graduated from administrative economic careers.
- Know how to communicate fluently in written and spoken English.
- Experience in international trade, administration or sales of 1 year (Desirable).
- Good management of office packages EXEL, WORD, etc.
- Have Basic Chinese level (Desirable).
We Offer:

- Workday: monday to friday 9:00am - 6:00pm.
- Salary around 20k to 24k (according to experience).
- All benefits: social security, INFONAVIT, holidays, bonus, etc.
- The offices are located in Polanco.
But, due to the pandemic, HOME OFFICE is done.
