To complement our growing team, we are looking for a Sales Support and Administrator who will not just sit on the sidelines. You will create long-term value for Wave Nine by driving our content operations. We practice new work and plan to continue working remotely, with occasional on-site client engagements.
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented virtual assistant to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to listen to client calls, understand their pain points, and create comprehensive offers that align with their needs and objectives. As a virtual assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring client satisfaction by providing tailored solutions and exceptional customer service.
THE JOB - What you will do
- Listen to client calls, understand their pain points, and create comprehensive offers that align with their needs and objectives.
- Actively listen to client calls and take detailed notes to capture relevant information, pain points, and specific requirements. Analyze client conversations to identify common themes, recurring challenges, and areas of improvement.
- Conduct thorough research on the client's industry, competitors, market trends, and potential solutions to gain a comprehensive understanding of their needs.
- Develop innovative and customized solutions that address the client's pain points, align with their goals, and provide added value.
- Create comprehensive offers that clearly outline the proposed solutions, services, timeline, pricing, and any other relevant details.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to legal and ethical guidelines regarding handling sensitive client information.
- Collaborate with other team members, such as sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure a cohesive approach to client satisfaction.
REQUIREMENTS - What we look for
- Relevant sales experience
- Ability to listen sales calls and what our prospect needs (identify topics, challenges, next steps, relevant material) and create a draft/ offer.
- Prior insight of leadership activity, B2B services/ software sales in the US and EU.
- Previous experience as a virtual assistant or in a customer-focused role is preferred.
- PRIOR experience with Sales is an advantage
- Exceptional listening skills with the ability to understand and empathize with client pain points.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify underlying challenges and develop effective solutions.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to articulate complex ideas and proposals to clients.
- Research proficiency to gather relevant information and stay informed about industry trends.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills to manage multiple client conversations and offers simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote work environment.
- Familiarity with confidentiality and data privacy best practices.
- Proficient in using virtual communication tools and software.
