We have a worldwide network of subsidiaries and partner companies in more than 30 countries.For our Chemicals Materials Business Unit in Americas, we are looking for:Sales Administrator (Sales Analyst) based in Mexico City (State of Mexico)Main tasks and objectives:Ensure accurate data management, timely pricing distribution, and efficient customer support to streamline sales operations and maintain high service standards.Support sales growth and team efficiency through effective lead generation, sales reporting, and administrative assistance.Individual tasks:Extract monthly spot pricing data from a master file and distribute pricing information to customers with relevant sales personnel in copy.Respond to basic customer inquiries or appropriately redirect them to the relevant HELM contact.Transfer data from the company's ERP system into structured Sales Report templates for individual Sales Managers, ensuring accuracy and completeness.Regularly follow up with Accounts Payable and Commercial contacts to help reduce overdue account balances.Generate new leads and document them in Salesforce for easy tracking and follow-up.Record non-conformance reports in Salesforce, ensuring compliance and prompt resolution.In time, take on customer management responsibilities, working as an inside sales representative to build and maintain customer relationships.Manage and update demand cards in Salesforce.Support the completion of Customer quality questionnaires by coordinating with the appropriate HELM contacts and ensuring timely submissions.Documentation of sales activities and support for Request for Quotes (RFQs).Support the sales team with administrative tasks, such as data entry, reporting, and document management, to facilitate smooth daily operations.Required professional background & qualifications:Two years of experience as a Sales Administrator or in a similar administrative role.Bachelor's degree in business administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.Required languages: Bilingual proficiency required in English
