In addition to KYA's sales and support for North America, Koh Young Research America was established in 2016 in San Diego, CA as a Research & Development hub for artificial intelligence and deep learning technologies. KYA now expands its sales and support in Mexico and South America, with the establishment of its Mexico Branch office in 2021 in Guadalajara, Mexico.**Summary****Responsibility**- Track sales orders and demo machines- Check data accuracy in orders and invoices- Contact clients to obtain missing information or answer queries- Liaise with the Logistics department to ensure timely deliveries- Maintain and update sales and customer records- Prepare monthly sales reports- Communicate important feedback from customers internally- Ensure sales targets are met and report any deviations- Stay up-to-date with new products and features- Prepare and manager marketing materials including sales brochures- Coordinate and prepares for trade shows- Manage administrative duties in the office and ensure that office is operating smoothly- Manage relationships and contracts with vendors, service providers, landlord, and etc.- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders- Perform other duties as assigned**Skills and Qualifications**- Bachelor's degree in Business or relevant field- Minimum 2 years of experience with Sales Admin duties preferred- QuickBooks or hands on experience with CRM software preferred- Proficient in MS Office (MS Excel in particular)- Excellent oral and written communication skills- Proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously- Must have excellent work ethics, including a willingness to work the hours necessary to get the job done, especially when important deadlines cause greater than normal departmental pressures.- Experience working with Korean based company a plus- Bilingual in Korean, highly desired**Benefits**- Health Insurance- Fondo de Ahorro- Generous PTO and Paid Holidays
