**What You'll Do**:- Assist in generating and qualifying leads, including data entry, CRM management, and follow-up.- Conduct telemarketing activities, including cold calling, to identify potential clients and generate interest in our services.- Coordinate the preparation, review, and execution of transaction documents.- Develop and maintain standardized processes and workflows to streamline lead management, and transaction coordination.- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and office policies related to documentation and record-keeping.- Develop and maintain processes and workflows to improve the efficiency of lead management, and transaction coordination.
**What We're Looking For**:- Experience in Sales or Administrative role, with a focus on telemarketing, sales, or cold calling.- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.- Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
